The Firm’s Founding Partners are Richard J. Greene, Esq. and Scott A. Chaplan, Esq., each seasoned in both complex litigation and transactional matters for a select clientele ranging from our focused venture capital clients to large international family offices. Greene, the Managing Partner of G & C, is a seasoned ex-banker with insight in financial and business matters earned over nearly half a century. Chaplan has an accounting background, he worked for Peat Marwick Mitchell, and he is a seasoned real estate litigator, licensed real estate broker, investor and expert in the structure, acquisition, financing, operations and all other aspects of real estate. Chaplan also serves multiple for and non-profit boards and advises on intricate business matters, strategic planning, risk mitigation and growth.
